In addition to the Failure Stats section that provides details on failed documents, there's a segment called "Failure Reasons." This section offers a concise overview of the number of documents that failed due to specific reasons. Let's delve into the key categories:
1. Invalid Data:
This section sheds light on failures attributed to Invalid Data. For example, if a variable is used for inputting the Expiry Date of a product, but an unrelated date is mistakenly input, the system registers an Invalid Data error.
2. DocStudio Errors:
In rare instances, technical glitches may cause DocStudio itself to fail in generating a document. This section captures statistics related to DocStudio Errors, providing insights into any technical hiccups affecting the document generation process.
3. Unknown:
Some errors defy immediate identification by both users and the system. When the cause remains elusive, these errors find their place in the "Unknown" category. Users can refer to this section to investigate and determine the root cause of such unidentified errors.
There is an extra feature allowing users to access the Top 10 templates with a higher likelihood of failure. Simply click on the "View Top 10 templates prone to failure" option located below the Failure Reasons section.
