Below the Email Statistics section, there is a dedicated segment presenting Failure Statistics. This section highlights the percentage of emails that were not successfully delivered, contrasted with the total number of emails sent from the system.
In addition to the Failure Stats section, there's a segment called "Failure Reasons." This section offers a concise overview of the number of Emails that failed due to specific reasons.
1. Bounce Rate:
This section shows us the number of Emails which failed to deliver after sending them out. Delivery failure may happen to various reasons such as Invalid email ID, etc.,
2. Invalid Data:
This section sheds light on failures attributed to Invalid Data. For example, if a variable is used for inputting the Expiry Date of a product, but an unrelated date is mistakenly input, the system registers an Invalid Data error.
3. DocStudio Errors:
In rare instances, technical glitches may cause DocStudio itself to fail in delivering an email. This section captures statistics related to DocStudio Errors, providing insights into any technical hiccups affecting the email triggering process.
There is an extra feature allowing users to access the Top 10 Email templates with a higher likelihood of failure. Simply click on the "View Top 10 templates prone to failure" option located below the Failure Reasons section.
