What is Best Insights in Documents?

Within the Documents section's Dashboard page, the left side displays the Consolidated stats for documents generated in the system over 7-day periods. Users have the option to choose a date range limited to the past 7 days, allowing them to access statistics for all documents generated within that specific week.

Note: The information presented here has no impact on or alteration to the consolidated statistics displayed on the right-hand side of the Dashboard section, which covers a one-year timeframe.
The Best Insights section features three primary categories at the top: Published, Testing and Draft. Each of these categories presents document statistics corresponding to the selected filtered range.
  1. Published: This category on the dashboard displays documents that have been officially published in the system.
  2. Testing: This section on the dashboard shows documents generated using Testing APIs.
  3. Draft: This section on the dashboard lists documents that are currently in the draft stage.



Adjacent to this section, there is a dropdown menu that allows you to choose and examine a specific team's document by selecting that team from the dropdown options.



After filtering data for a specific period within a week, delve into the related statistics located beneath the date range section. 

1. Total Documents Generated:
 In this section, discover the overall count of documents generated during the selected time frame. It provides a comprehensive overview of your document generation activity.

2. InQueue:
This section highlights the number of documents yet to be processed, offering insights into the ongoing document generation queue.

3. Failure Stats:
Uncover information about documents that encountered failures during the generation process. 
To gain a deeper understanding of document failures, click on the "View" button. This action opens a detailed window on the right-hand side of the screen. Inside this window, you'll find comprehensive insights such as failure reasons, the team associated with the failure, and other specific information.
