Understanding Failure Reasons
Below the Short Messages Dashboard section, there is a dedicated segment presenting Failure Statistics. This section highlights the percentage of Short Messages that were not successfully delivered, contrasted with the total number of Short Messages (WhatsApp, SMS and Phone calls from the system).
In addition to the Failure Stats section, there's a segment called "Failure Reasons." This section offers a concise overview of the number of Short Messages that failed due to specific reasons.
1. WhatsApp could not deliver:
This category displays messages that WhatsApp was unable to deliver for various reasons.
2. SMS Could not deliver:
Numbers that did not receive the triggered SMS due to network issues and other factors are showcased in this section.
3. Call not picked:
Instances where customers did not answer system-triggered calls are categorized as failed phone call messages, and these numbers are presented here.
