Placeholder Text Box:
A placeholder text box is a field in a document where users can enter their own text or provide answers to specific questions. It initially displays placeholder text to indicate the type of information expected, such as a name, date, or response. Once the user begins typing, the placeholder text disappears, allowing them to input their content.
You can set the placeholder text to either a single line or multiple lines by selecting the desired option.
Additionally, you can set a maximum character limit for the field. If the user exceeds this limit, they will be notified and can adjust their input accordingly.
If you want to prevent any modifications to the placeholder text after the document is downloaded, you can set it as read-only.
Signature Text Box:
A signature field in a document serves as a placeholder for an electronic or digital signature, enabling users to sign using different methods. It will appear like this when the document is downloaded.
