Managing Combo Boxes in your Document

Combo Boxes:
Combo boxes provide a dropdown menu of predefined options, allowing users to select one from the list. They are perfect for saving space in forms, ensuring consistent data entry, and enhancing the user experience by offering a clear set of choices.

Inserting a Combo Box
To insert a combo box, click the Combo box option from the Master Elements section in the side menu.
A combo box will be inserted into your document.



Configuring Combo box settings
Click on the inserted combo box to access the combo box Settings, where you can manage the following options:



Field Name: This is the identifier for each individual check box. The field name can be customized but will not appear in the design preview.

Adding Values: In the settings menu, click "ADD A VALUE" to add entries to the combo box. 




Editing Value Names: Click on any value field to edit and enter your desired values. You can also style the text using the Text Styling menu at the top.

 

You can rearrange the order of these values by dragging the three-line icon located to the left of the value field box.
