Editing SMS Content
For Editing an existing SMS template, follow these steps:
1. Go to the SMS Templates page and select the SMS template to edit by hovering over it.
2. Once selected, position the cursor in the editor at the desired location and perform the edits.
3. Once the edits are complete, send it for Testing and Approval.
Note: Only Approved & Published edits in the template will be made available for Production.
