Chart Types and Styles in a Document

After accessing the charts section, users can insert four types of charts into the document: Pie, Donut, Bar, and Line, and then personalize them to suit their needs.

Inserting a Pie / Donut Chart:
Upon selecting the desired chart type, a placeholder pie chart with predefined values and labels will be inserted onto the design canvas. To customize this chart:

1. Click on the chart to access customization options.
2. Two tabs, namely Data and Settings, will be available for modification.

3. In the Data tab, users can alter the values, labels, and descriptions associated with the chart segments.

4. Additionally, users have the flexibility to add rows to incorporate additional sections onto the pie chart for enhanced data representation.

5. Within the Settings tab, users are presented with four distinct options: General, Font Style, Chart Type, and Chart Style.

6. General: Users can manipulate various settings such as formatting values, toggling labels and legends on or off, and adjusting the position of the legend.

7. Font Style: In the Font Style section, users can specify font sizes for labels, values, and descriptions displayed on the chart. Additionally, users can customize the overall font style from the options provided in the top bar.

8. Chart Type: This allows users to switch between different chart styles such as Pie, Pie with callout, Donut, and Donut with callout. Simply selecting the desired chart type instantly transforms the chart accordingly.

9. Chart Style: In the Chart Style section, users can further refine the chart's appearance by selecting from available options to display labels and values in different styles.

10. Additionally users have the ability to modify the color of segments using the color palette provided in the top toolbar. They can also expand the chart by incorporating additional sections through the plus button located in the top menu.
