Viewing and Searching SMS templates

ACCESS SMS TEMPLATES CREATED IN THE SYSTEM

To view/access all the SMS Templates created for your team in the system, follow these steps:

1. Go to the menu option on the left-hand side of the screen.
   
2. Click on "Design System" and then select "Short Messages".
   
3. You will now be able to see a list of all the SMS templates created in the system that are associated with your team.
   

To filter/search for a specific SMS Template using the Side Bar:

1. On the short messages page, click the "Advanced Search" button on the right-hand side of the page.

2. Once clicked, a Side bar appears, where you can search for the SMS templates based on the name, categories, tags and status of the document. 

3. If you have publishing privileges, you can also see the list of documents that are awaiting your approval by clicking on the checkbox "Waiting for Approval".

Note: You can view/search SMS Templates connected to your team.
