Styling Dynamic Tables

Styling Dynamic Tables

Dynamic tables offer users the flexibility to tailor the table's aesthetics according to their unique preferences. This customization capability extends to various aspects of the table, including the grid, rows, cells, and the option to specifically design headers and footers.

Naming the Table: Within the "Variable Name" section, users are provided the opportunity to assign a specific name to their table, enhancing the table's identifiability within the document.

Show Header: The term 'Header' denotes the column titles within the table. Activating this toggle will either display or hide the header titles.

Show Header on All Pages: In instances where the table extends across multiple pages, enabling this option ensures that the column titles are replicated on subsequent pages, maintaining clarity and continuity for the reader.

Show Title: This feature introduces a creative block above the table, offering users the creative freedom to design this area as they see fit. This title block remains constant across the document, anchored to the table.

Show Footer: Like the 'Show Title' option, activating 'Show Footer' opens a creative space at the table's base. This is particularly useful for displaying consistent information or designs at the end of the table, regardless of the table's length or the number of rows added. Enabling this feature guarantees that the footer remains fixed relative to the table throughout the document.

Grid Styling: Users have the option to choose from available Grid Styles. Simply select the desired grid style to apply it to the table.

Header Styling: Spacing adjustments can be made using the options provided under the header styling section. Users can adjust spacing for the entire table or each side individually.

Background and Border color: Users can customize the background and border colors of headers using the color palette located below the Header styling section. Additionally, should users require a specific color from the document's design, they can utilize the color picker to select it for the document's background color.

Cell Styling: In addition to header styling, users are provided with the flexibility to customize cell styling according to their preferences. Beneath the cell styling section, a range of options is available, allowing users to modify font style, size, color, and text formatting such as bold, italic, and underlined. Furthermore, users can adjust text spacing using the spacing option provided.

Similar to the header spacing and color adjustments, cells also offer the capability to modify spacing between them, as well as the background and border colors.
