Styling & Formatting Static Tables

1. Adding or Removing Cells 
Hover over the edges of any cell to display a plus (+) symbol. Click this symbol to add a row or column as needed. 
 




2. Deleting Cells  
To delete a cell, right-click on the selected cell and choose Delete. To delete only the cell’s content, select Delete Cell Content from the options menu. 



3. Merging Cells  
To merge cells, click on the starting cell, hold the Shift key, and select the cell where the merge should end. This will highlight all cells in between. Right-click and choose the Merge option to complete the merge. 



4. Duplicating Cells  
Select the cells you wish to duplicate, right-click, and choose Duplicate Row or Duplicate Column to create a copy of the selected cells, including their content. 



5. Cell and Border Colors
To change cell background or border colors, select the cell, then choose a color from the Color option in the top menu. 





6. Borders
You can keep borders on or off based on design needs. Simply select the cells and choose the desired border options. 



7. Alignment
Align content within cells using the Alignment option in the top menu. Both Horizontal and Vertical alignment options are available. 



8. Padding
Adjust cell spacing using the Padding menu. You can either adjust padding for the entire cell or set individual spacing for each side of the cell.
