SMS Template Creation

SMS Template Creation

1. Navigate to the left-hand side menu and select Design System.

2. Under Design System, click on Short Messages.


3. You will see three options: SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice Message. Hover over any of these options until a plus symbol (+) appears, and click on it to create a new template. 


4. Provide the required details:

Template Name: Enter a unique name for your template.

Category: Choose the appropriate category from the list.

Team Assignment: If you are part of one or more teams, select the team for which the template is being created. 


5. Once all the details are entered, click Start Designing to proceed with creating and customizing your template.
