Sending a Test Message In SMS and Phone Calls Template
For sending a test message in SMS and Phone Calls Template, follow these steps:
1. Hover over the bottom part of the Short Messages page for the "Send Test Message" dialogue box to appear and click on it.
2. Once clicked, a model shows up where you can enter the mobile numbers. If you are entering more than one mobile number, enter the first number and press the "Enter" button to enter the next number.
3. Click on the 'Send Test Message' button to send the test message to the entered numbers.
Note: Ensure that the county code is entered when entering the mobile number.
