Searching Phone Call Templates

To filter/search for a specific Phone call Template:
  1. Go to the menu option on the left.
  2. Click on Design System, select "Short Messages".
  3. Click on the Voice Message button to view the list of all the available Phone call templates.
  4. On the Voice Message page, click the "Search" button on the right-hand side of the page.
  5. Once clicked, a Side bar appears, where you can search for the Phone call templates based on the name, categories, tags and status of the Phone call template.
  6. If you have publishing privileges, you can also see the list of Phone call templates that are awaiting your approval by clicking on the checkbox "Waiting for Approval".
Note : You can view/search only the Phone call templates connected to your team
