To add an existing reusable section to your email template, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Elements option.
2. A panel displaying available elements and reusable sections will appear on the left side of the design area.
3. Users also have the option to preview a reusable section by clicking on the Eye icon located at the bottom corner of each section.
4. Drag and drop the desired section into your template.
When dragging and dropping, the system will prompt you to choose between two options: Attach or Clone the section.
Clone Section: Selecting the Clone option allows you to duplicate the reusable section and edit it directly within the current email template. Any changes made using this method will not affect the original saved section, enabling customizations unique to each email without altering the master design.
Attach Section: Choosing the Attach option incorporates the section as a read-only component in your template. This ensures content consistency by linking it to a centralized template. To modify the content, changes must be made to the original template. Updates will automatically apply to all emails using the attached section, allowing for centralized management and seamless updates.
After selecting your preferred option, the section will be added to the template.
Users can also search for reusable sections by their names or any associated tags. Additionally, sections can be filtered based on categories, making it easier to locate and use the desired components.
