Report a Problem

To report a problem when encountering issues in the system, adhere to the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Support option in the left-hand side menu on the home screen.


2. Access the Support page, which offers assistance options including Report a Problem, Create a Request, Get Help, and FAQs. Click on the "Report a Problem" button and a window will appear for defining the problem.


3. In the "Subject" field, provide a concise title for your issue and under "Description," articulate your problem with pertinent details such as the module affected, replication steps, and any other crucial information aiding issue resolution.


5. Specify the service encountering the problem and set the priority level (high, low, or medium).


6. Optionally, attach supporting screenshots by either clicking to upload or dragging and dropping them.


7. Conclude the process by clicking on the "Submit" button.
