Publishing and Approval Process in Email Templates

The system has three User roles, each with specific privileges. Administrators can solely view and manage the system configurations. Designers have the authority to create email templates and submit them for testing and approval. Publishers, on the other hand, are responsible for approving the tested email templates before making them available for production use. 

For sending the Email template to Approval and Publishing, follow these steps:
1. After finishing the template design, navigate to the top right corner of the page and click on the "Version" button. Choose "Send for Testing" from the dropdown menu.



2. After sending a template for testing, it can undergo testing in lower ENVS (environments), such as Testing or UAT. If the template design successfully passes testing, it can be requested for promotion to production on approval from the user with the publisher role.



3. Click on "Request for Approval" button once the testing is completed.



4. By clicking on the Publish button, the Publisher makes the Email Design available for production use.
