Organizing Email Templates into folders

Folders serve as a space where each team / user can store their Email designs in distinct folders and arrange them systematically.

For creating a folder, follow these steps: 
1. Navigate to the Folders option located in the left-hand side menu and click on it.



2. At the bottom, locate the Create Folder button and proceed to click on it.



3. It will open a dialog box where you can assign a name to your folder and choose the team under which the folder should be displayed.



4. You also have the option to add subfolders under the created folder according to your preferences.



Saving your templates to the Folder:
1. Navigate to the Settings option located in the left-hand side menu and click on it. 



2. Select the Files option and click on Save to Folder button.



3. Here, you will find the existing folders to store your templates. Select the preferred folder and save your template.
