Master Templates are in-house templates organized into various categories and can be customized to meet users' specific requirements. These templates are designed to help users get started with the system and facilitate document creation. For instance, if you need to design an offer letter, a template model for this purpose will be available in the Master Templates section, created by PDS. Users can select these templates and modify them as needed.
Follow these steps:
1. While creating a document, after entering the necessary information such as the document name, category, page size, and team, the user will see an additional button labeled "Click here to select a design."
2. Click on that button to open the Master Templates modal.
3. A modal will appear on the right side, displaying the available list of Master Templates ready for use.
4. These templates can be filtered by language and category.
5. Select a template and click "Start Designing."
6. The document will be imported to the user's system, where it can be customized as needed.
