With Job Monitoring, users can:

  • Monitor job status across different communication types (e.g., documents, emails), including states such as Queued, In Progress, Completed, or Failed.
  • Access detailed job logs to review processing steps, identify errors, and perform troubleshooting.
  • Download bulk-generated output such as PDFs, data files, or email content.
