Job Monitoring in Perfect Doc Studio provides a centralized dashboard to oversee all jobs (document generation & email delivery.) It allows users to stay informed about the progress, status, and outcomes of submitted jobs in real-time.
With Job Monitoring, users can:
- Monitor job status across different communication types (e.g., documents, emails), including states such as Queued, In Progress, Completed, or Failed.
- Access detailed job logs to review processing steps, identify errors, and perform troubleshooting.
- Download
bulk-generated output such as PDFs, data files, or email content.
