How to Reuse Design and content in Email Templates?

In the realm of design and content management, the system offers two distinct methods to facilitate design reuse: "Reuse" and "Referenced." While both methods aim to enhance efficiency and consistency in design processes, they operate in unique ways.

1. Reuse: Building a Library of Reusable Assets
The 'Reuse' method involves creating and saving parts of a design for future use. These saved components can be added to different designs and modified as needed in each new design.
Example: Consider a designer crafting a newsletter with a unique header that perfectly aligns with the brand's aesthetic. Saving this header as a reusable asset allows other team members to incorporate it into various newsletters or email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and saving time.
2. Referenced: Centralizing and Synchronizing Information and Design
'Referenced' templates come into play when there is a need to centralize and maintain specific information/design consistently across multiple templates.
Example of Referenced Templates: In the case of a company with standardized content like Terms and Conditions, contact numbers, or office addresses required across various templates, saving these elements as a referenced asset allows easy inclusion in any future design. The significant advantage lies in maintaining uniformity; any modification to this referenced content in its original form automatically updates across all templates where it's used. This approach is particularly beneficial for managing dynamic content that undergoes regular updates.

To save an Email design as a Reusable Asset, follow these steps:
1. Click on the section you wish to save as a Reusable Asset, and the Create New Element button will appear at the top-right corner of the page.

2. Now a model shows up allowing you to input the name, choose the category, and designate the team for your reusable asset.

3. Upon entering the necessary information, your email design is stored as a reusable asset.

To incorporate the reusable asset into your email design, simply drag and drop the asset from the "Elements" menu to your preferred location on the design area.
