How to Enable Languages for Template Translation in the System
Perfect Doc Studio supports multi-language document generation. To enable this feature, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Manage Language section on the Admin Configurations page.
2. Below the “Select Language” dropdown, you’ll find an option to toggle the Auto Translation Feature.
3. Turn this toggle ON to enable automatic translation in Perfect Doc Studio.
Note: If this option remains OFF, you won’t be able to translate your documents while designing. So, make sure to keep it ON if you wish to use the Auto Translation feature!
4. Now that we have enabled Auto translation feature, English is set as the primary language when an enterprise signs up.
5. To add additional languages, Click on the "Please Select Language" dialog box to view the list of available languages.
6. Select the desired languages from the dropdown list.
7. Click ADD to include the selected languages in the system.
To delete a language:
Click the X button next to the selected language and confirm deletion by clicking Delete.
Warning: Removing a language from the system will permanently delete all templates created in that language, regardless of the team they belong to.
