Accessing the Support Widget via the "Get Help" Option
The "Get Help" feature on the Support page provides a direct link to the Support widget, located in the bottom-right corner of the
screen. This widget offers multiple resources to assist users, including a Knowledge Base and an Interactive Chatbot.
Knowledge Base:
1. The Knowledge Base section is designed to help users find relevant articles and information quickly.
2. Articles are categorized based on various functionalities for easy navigation.
3. A search bar at the top allows users to locate specific articles or topics efficiently.
4. Users can switch between available languages to access articles in their preferred language.
Chat:
1. The Chat option enhances accessibility by offering real-time assistance.
2. Users interact with a chatbot that guides them through a live chat model.
3. The chatbot retrieves and provides information from the system's Knowledge Base, aligning with user queries for accurate and relevant answers.
Additionally, the widget highlights Popular Articles and Recently Added Articles from the Knowledge Base, making it easier for users to access frequently searched or newly updated content.
