The system offers a straightforward way for users to generate personalized PDFs by uploading customer data via Sample formats. It streamlines the process, enabling users to generate PDFs at scale, thereby saving both time and effort.
5. Once you select a template, a window will appear showing the details of the selected template along with the list of available variables within that template. Navigate to the top-right corner of the page and click on Sample Format.
6. There are three types of Sample Formats available:
- Excel
- HTML
- JSON

7. In the downloaded Sample Format (Excel) sheet, enter the required data for the number of Printable PDFs you want to generate. Populate the rows and columns based on the variables present in the selected template.
8. After filling in the Excel sheet, return to this page and drag and drop the file into the designated area below.
a) If the number of documents is 10 or fewer, they will be automatically downloaded immediately as a consolidated ZIP file. These files will also be accessible from the Job Monitoring section.
b) If the number of documents exceeds 10, they will only be available for download from the Job Monitoring section in the Dashboard.
