The Job Monitoring section in Perfect Doc Studio includes a comprehensive set of filters to help users easily locate and manage specific jobs from the overall list. These filters improve navigation and efficiency by allowing users to apply relevant criteria based on date, status, initiator, and more.
Available Filters:
Transaction Date Range: Users can filter jobs based on a specific date range, with a maximum range of up to one week. Additionally, users can narrow down results further by specifying a time window within the selected date range.
Select a Status: Each job batch passes through multiple stages such as Queued, Waiting for Approval – Level 3, In Progress, Completed, or Failed. Users can use this dropdown filter to view jobs in a particular stage and track their progress accordingly.
Select a Team: Jobs can be filtered based on the team that initiated them. A dropdown menu lists all available teams in the system. Selecting a team will display only those jobs associated with that team.
Select Initiation From: Jobs in Perfect Doc Studio can be initiated via different methods—Live Upload, Draft Upload, or API. This filter allows users to segment jobs based on the method of initiation.
Select Initiated By: This filter lets users view jobs submitted by a specific user. A dropdown list shows all users who have initiated jobs in the system, and selecting a user will display only their respective jobs.
Search by Name: To quickly locate a specific job, users can enter the job name in the search box. The system will instantly display the matching job(s) in the result list.
