Exploring Short Messages Statistics

On the right side of the Dashboard page, you will find a graphical representation of a year's worth of data for easy comprehension.

1. Usage Trend:
This segment illustrates the average number of Short Messages sent and delivered over the course of a year through SMS, WhatsApp and Phone calls. By hovering over each line for individual months, you can view specific statistics for each month.

2. Message Stability:
In this section, you can gain insights into the number of short messages that failed to deliver. With a separate line graph for each WhatsApp, SMS and Phone calls.
