Editing a Phone Call Message
For Editing an existing Voice Message template, follow these steps:
- Go the Voice Messages Template page and select the Voice Message template to be edited.
- Once selected, position the cursor in the editor at the desired location and perform the edits.
- Once the edits are complete, send it for Testing and Approval.
Note: Only Approved & Published edits in the template will be made available for Production.
