Editing a Phone Call Message

For Editing an existing Voice Message template, follow these steps:

1. Go the Voice Messages Template page and select the Voice Message template to be edited.
   
2. Once selected, position the cursor in the editor at the desired location and perform the edits.
   
3. Once the edits are complete, send it for Testing and Approval.

Note: Only Approved & Published edits in the template will be made available for Production.
