Deleting Phone Call Templates

DELETING A PHONE CALL TEMPLATE

To delete a Phone call template, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the menu option on the left.
  2. Click on Design System, select Short Messages.
  3. Click on the Voice Message button and go the Voice Message page.
  4. Hover over the Phone call template you wish to delete.
  5. Click on the three-dotted icon located in the top-right corner of the template.
  6. Select the "Delete" option from the drop-down menu.
  7. Confirm the action when prompted.

After following these steps, the Phone call template will be deleted from the system.
