Create a Request

Create a Request

To Create a support request, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Support option in the left-hand menu on the home screen.


2. Open the Support page, which provides assistance options like Report a Problem, Create a Request, Get Help, and FAQs. Select the "Create a Request" button and a window will appear for defining the request.


3. In the "Subject" field, offer a concise title for your request & under "Describe your service request" section, provide detailed information about your request for effective support.


4. Specify the service for which the request is created and set the priority level (high, low, or medium).


5. Optionally, attach supporting screenshots by either clicking to upload or dragging and dropping them.


6. Conclude the process by clicking the "Submit" button.
