Adding Dynamic Images to a Document

In our Perfect DocStudio, users have the capability to incorporate dynamic images into their creations. These images can be automatically updated by linking them to specific variables. This means that the visual content within documents can change based on certain conditions or data inputs. For instance, a bank could send out annual financial review documents to its customers, where the cover image dynamically updates to reflect each customer's most used banking service over the year. 

1. Place a Creative Block onto the design canvas by dragging and dropping it into the desired location. 

2. Insert a placeholder image into the Creative Block by dragging and dropping it.

3. Upon adding the image, a new option will become available in the top toolbar of the design area. Activate this option to enable dynamic linking for the image.

4. With the dynamic option enabled, you will be prompted to select a variable for the dynamic image from a dropdown list. Choose the appropriate variable.

5. Proceed to the "Preview and Download" section to either preview or download the document, ensuring the images dynamically adapt based on the provided links.

6. Once you've added your image link in the Dynamic Image field, you can preview the document and download the final version using the available options.

Note: Dynamic images can only be integrated by using external links. Images uploaded directly to the document cannot be used as dynamic images. Each image must have a valid URL to be dynamically embedded within the document.
